Position Overview:
We are seeking an entrepreneurial Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Medical Marketer to build a solid local patient referral network. This is a salary + incentive based role with uncapped earning potential, ideal for a self-motivated healthcare marketer or networker.
Key Responsibilities:
• B2B Networking: Build strategic partnerships with nearby general physicians, pediatricians, pharmacists, and opticians.
• Referral Pipelines: Pitch our specialized eye care services to local doctors and optical shops to drive patient footfall.
• Community Outreach:
Coordinate local eye screening camps and distribute marketing materials to nearby clinics and pharmacies.
• Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with your network to ensure long-term collaboration.
What We Are Looking For:
• PRO, Medical Representative (MR), or Healthcare Marketer (FRESHERS CAN APPLY)
• An existing network or robust familiarity with local doctors and pharmacists in the neighborhood.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A self-starter attitude driven by targets and high earnings.
