Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all heat treatment operations in the forging plant.
Ensure proper heat treatment processes, including hardening, tempering, normalizing, and annealing.
Maintain required hardness, mechanical properties, and metallurgical quality of forged components.
Monitor furnace operations, temperature control, cycle time, and process parameters.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, and process requirements.
Lead the heat treatment team and improve productivity while minimizing rejection and rework.
Coordinate with Quality,



Production, and Maintenance departments.
Maintain process documentation, inspection records, and corrective action reports.

Candidate Requirements:
10–15 years of relevant experience in heat treatment, preferably in the forging or automotive components industry.
Solid knowledge of heat treatment processes, metallurgy, hardness testing, and furnace operations.
Experience in team management, process control, and quality improvement.
