Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a 3D CNC Turning + Milling Programmer based in Vishakhapatnam. The role involves developing and optimizing CNC programs for turning and milling operations, setting up machines, and coordinating with operators to ensure accurate and effective production. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting tools and cutting parameters, verifying first-off components,



and adjusting programs to meet dimensional and surface finish requirements. The programmer will also troubleshoot machining issues, maintain process documentation, and collaborate with quality and production teams to meet delivery schedules and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications
Strong skills in CNC Programming and Programming for 3D turning, and preferably in milling operations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications
Hands-on experience with Machining and Milling processes, tools, and fixtures
Practical understanding of cutting speeds, feeds, and material behavior in machining
Experience with CNC controllers (Fanuc) and CAM software is an advantage
Attention to detail with a focus on dimensional accuracy and surface quality
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with operators, supervisors, and quality teams
Prior experience in a precision engineering or manufacturing setup is preferred
