Welcome guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
Present menus and provide information about food and beverages.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages to guests as per hotel standards.
Ensure prompt, courteous, and skilled guest service.
Attend to guest requests and complaints and inform the supervisor when required.
Ensure proper setup of cutlery, crockery, glassware, and napkins.
Transparent and reset tables promptly after guest departure.
Assist in buffet setup, food replenishment, and clearance.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and other F&B; team members for smooth operations.
Follow personal grooming, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Handle restaurant equipment carefully and report any damage or loss.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and departmental standards.
Participate in departmental briefings and training sessions.
Assist in banquet functions and special events whenever required.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager or HOD.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
