Role Summary:

Two senior GTS resources required to work closely with business stakeholders, provide guidance to the broader team on ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and driving effective business conversations. This is a strategic role focused on collaboration with the business rather than traditional run, managed services, or implementation activities.

Candidate Profile:
Solid GTS domain knowledge and experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to guide and mentor teams on best practices and business engagement.
Selected resources will serve as senior members of the COE team, driving overall maturity and alignment between business and technology functions.
