Key Requirements:
Proficient in International BPO operations.
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Establish enduring connections and involve customers by going the extra mile.
Solid phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Capable of working in afternoon shifts (2:30 pm to 11:30 pm)
Demonstrates accountability and ownership.
