Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and communication-focused Client Relationship Executive / Associate to manage client communication, therapy coordination support, follow-ups, and relationship management. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, coordination ability, and skilled communication with clients, therapists, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage communication with clients, parents, and internal teams
Coordinate appointments, therapy schedules, and follow-ups
Maintain proper client updates and communication records
Handle client queries and provide timely support
Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and families
Follow up regarding assessments, sessions, payments, and scheduling updates
Support operational workflow and coordination activities
Maintain professionalism and communication standards during client interactions
Assist in resolving client concerns and escalating issues when required




Prepare and update reports or coordination trackers when needed

Requirements
Minimum 6 - 1 year of experience as a Client Relationship Executive (CRE), Customer Support Executive, Client Coordinator, or related role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
English communication preferred
Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and coordination activities
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Responsible, professional, and team-oriented attitude

Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, therapy coordination, customer support, or client management
Ability to manage communication professionally under pressure
Good coordination and problem-solving ability
Robust client handling and relationship management skills

Salary: 15,500 - 20,000 per month

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
