Job description:
As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), you will serve as the primary link between our brand and its consumers. Your core objective is to build and maintain robust, empathetic relationships with customers to maximize satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty. You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up on potential leads, manage customer complaints, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Maintain proactive communication with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and goals.
Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, issues, and order tracking requirements across phone, email, and social media channels.
