Overall leadership and delivery of 15–20 large-scale projects.
Construction and project management of high-rise, cluster and large building developments.
EPC, contract and commercial management.
Project planning, scheduling and execution.
Cost management, budgeting and cost control.
Strategic procurement and vendor management.
Value engineering and optimisation of project costs.
Ensuring quality, timelines, safety and project profitability.
