Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting product and service offerings, and closing sales to meet defined targets. The Specialist will support marketing campaigns, assist in creating promotional materials, and collaborate with the team to enhance brand awareness in relevant markets. Daily responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, providing post-sale support, maintaining accurate sales records, and reporting on performance metrics.



The role also includes delivering basic product or service training to clients or internal team members as needed, and working closely with management to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and resolve inquiries professionally.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage pipelines toward defined targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver transparent product or service briefings to customers and support internal knowledge sharing.
Relevant experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a customer-facing role.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and coordinate with teams in New Delhi.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and familiarity with common sales tools or CRM systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but equivalent experience may be considered.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
