About the International Trade Division

The International Trade Division works towards supporting Indian MSMEs in expanding their presence in international markets. The division engages with exporters, government bodies, embassies, trade organizations, international stakeholders, and industry representatives to facilitate trade opportunities and promote Indian businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities
Support initiatives focused on MSME exports, international market access, and trade promotion.
Conduct research on international markets, products, trade trends, tariffs, regulations, and export prospects.
Assist in identifying potential international buyers, partners, trade organizations, embassies, and institutional stakeholders.
Coordinate with government departments, embassies,



foreign trade bodies, chambers of commerce, and industry associations.
Support the planning and execution of B2B meetings, trade delegations, exhibitions, webinars, conferences, and international business events.
Communicate with MSMEs/exporters to understand their requirements and provide appropriate support.
Prepare market research reports, presentations, trade briefs, databases, MIS reports, and business proposals.
Track developments related to India's foreign trade policies, export schemes, FTAs, customs/tariff changes, and international trade regulations.
Assist in developing content and communication material related to international trade and export promotion.
Maintain and update databases of MSMEs, exporters, buyers, international organizations, and trade stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and deliverables.
Participate in meetings with stakeholders and prepare minutes, action points, and follow-up reports.
Undertake any other activities related to international trade, export promotion, and MSME development as required.
