Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team for a 6-month internship in Mumbai. The role will provide hands-on exposure to HR projects, employee engagement, learning & development, talent initiatives and HR analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing HR projects and people initiatives.
Assist with employee engagement, L&D; and talent management activities.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, presentations and trackers.
Conduct research, benchmarking and basic data analysis.
Coordinate with HR teams and stakeholders for project deliverables.
Support employee communication and engagement activities.
Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups and closure.

Candidate Profile
MBA / PGDM specializing in Human Resources.
Fresher / final-year student available for 6 months.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Robust analytical, research and presentation skills.
Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
