Role & responsibilities
Responsible for top line growth as per the business vision and Goal.
From the automotive aftermarket background , worked on similar position for 5 to 6year with overall experiences in automotive aftermarket mainly in 2w/3w/4w must be 12 to 15 years.
Responsible for consistent business growth in all zones supported by expanding reach and product range
Develop promotional and pricing strategy for all products and ensure alignment across the team
Clarity on geographically domestic business trends and market understanding .
Guide Product Manager and Vendor development manager on the business priorities for timely launch of the current products .
Coordination with IT , finance , logistic and Branding team on day-to-day operations .
Understanding and knowledge of finance SOP related to Automotive aftermarket SOP.
Understanding on costing ,pricing and business potential of the automotive business categories .
Go getter ,result oriented and Team Player .

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech - Mechanical + MBA (preferred )

Experience :

12 - 15 years
