Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Sales Specialist will identify and engage potential customers, present product or service offerings, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining robust customer relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing guidance to ensure a positive customer experience. The Sales Specialist will work with internal teams to meet sales targets, prepare sales reports, and participate in sales meetings and training sessions.



The position requires proactive prospecting, regular follow-up with leads, and consistent achievement of individual and team performance goals.
Qualifications

Candidates should have proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and data entry for sales reporting.

Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving ability, negotiation skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in inside sales, field sales, or account management is preferred.
