Responsibilities
Manage procurement of housekeeping materials, cleaning chemicals, uniforms, PPE, catering supplies, and equipment.
Identify vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and establish supplier relationships.
Develop procurement policies, approval procedures, and an approved vendor database.
Coordinate with Operations, Stores, and Accounts for material requirements.
Monitor purchase budgets, material consumption, and cost-saving prospects.
Evaluate supplier quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Review purchase orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.




Prepare procurement MIS reports and vendor performance summaries.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement experience.
Robust negotiation, vendor management, and cost-control skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement reporting.
Facility management or manpower services experience preferred.
