Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers using CRM data.
Introduce and explain company products and services, including software solutions, CRM, ERP, and other IT services.
Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Update customer details, call status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or product demonstrations.
Maintain daily call records and achieve assigned calls.
Handle customer queries professionally and coordinate with the team.
Maintain a polite, qualified, and customer-friendly approach during calls.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
Valuable listening, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to make regular outbound calls and achieve targets.




Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can apply.

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–1 year in cold calling, telecalling, or customer support.
Education: Any degree or relevant qualification.
Location: Salem candidates preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
