Welcome customers and provide a warm and skilled showroom experience.
Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
Demonstrate and explain gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery products.
Explain product details, weight, purity, making charges, offers, pricing, and other relevant information accurately.
Handle customer enquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Convert walk-in enquiries into successful sales.
Develop and maintain robust customer relationships.
Encourage repeat purchases and referrals from existing customers.
Maintain proper presentation and display of jewellery products.
Coordinate with the billing and showroom teams for smooth completion of sales.




Maintain accurate customer and sales-related information as required.
Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the showroom manager when necessary.
Stay updated on new jewellery designs, products, offers, and company schemes.
Follow all company policies, security procedures, grooming standards, attendance rules, and showroom discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
