Roles and Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of facilities, including building maintenance, HVAC systems, DG sets, UPS, electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, operation & maintenance of technical equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards for facility operations.
Coordinate with vendors for repair and maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, inventory management, and asset tracking.
Develop procedures for effective facility operations.
