Location: Andheri Chakala, Mumbai

Experience: 5–6 Years

Salary: ₹50,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM

Working Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays off

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to source clients looking for secured business and property loans (minimum ticket size of ₹2 Crore).

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Assess clients' collateral requirements.
Collect financial and KYC documents.
Coordinate with clients until loan disbursement.
Conduct client visits and regular follow-ups.
Maintain lead records and client details.

Requirements
5–6 years of experience in B2B sales, Debt Advisory, Loan Sales or Secured Lending.
Valuable communication and client-handling skills.
Experience in lead generation and relationship management.
Willingness to travel for client visits.
