Responsibilities
Lead and manage the after-sales team for timely service and client satisfaction.
Oversee testing and validation of products after production before dispatch.
Manage and renew Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with clients.
Schedule and monitor service visits, preventive maintenance, and breakdown support.
Handle escalations and ensure prompt resolution of client complaints.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients.
Maintain robust client relationships and ensure retention through proactive support.
Analyze service reports, track recurring issues, and provide process improvements.
Ensure documentation of service activities, AMC renewals, and client communications.
Train technicians and service engineers for field operations.
Key Skills
Graduation/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
Experience in after-sales service management in EV/automotive industry.
Solid presentation and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage service schedules and resolve technical escalations.
Knowledge of EV systems, motors, controllers, and harnessing.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
