Role & responsibilities

About the Role

Ivy Mobility is looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders, customers, product teams, and technology teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement workshops, and process analysis.
Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
Perform As-Is / To-Be analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis.
Translate business requirements into clear and actionable functional requirements.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Implementation, and Project Management teams.
Support RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with functional and business inputs.
Define acceptance criteria and support UAT planning, execution, and sign-off.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
Manage requirement changes and ensure effective communication across stakeholders.
Support product teams in identifying product gaps and enhancement prospects.
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered as intended.

Required Skills
46 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant,



Product Analyst, or similar role.
Solid requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Experience working with Agile / Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
Good understanding of business processes and technology solutions.
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, Visio / process modelling tools is an advantage.
