Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, including client consultations, design briefs, and presentation of design proposals. Responsibilities include developing space plans, mood boards, material palettes, and detailed drawings, as well as coordinating with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed on-site. The role involves supervising junior designers, reviewing their work, and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Senior Interior Designer will also conduct site visits, manage design revisions, and support sourcing of furniture, fixtures,



and finishes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vile Parle.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust skills in interior space planning, concept development, and design detailing.
Candidates should possess proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools for drawings and 3D visualization.
Candidates should possess abilities in material selection, color theory, and lighting design for residential and commercial interiors.
Candidates should possess project management skills including scheduling, budgeting, vendor coordination, and site supervision.
Candidates should possess excellent client communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead design discussions.
Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and several years of relevant skilled experience.
Candidates should possess knowledge of local building codes, technical standards, and best practices for interior construction and finishes.
Experience mentoring junior team members and handling multiple projects concurrently is highly beneficial.
