Role & responsibilities
Assist in food processing operations, including cleaning, grading, packing, and dehydration.
Support processing unit setup, quality control, and hygiene standards.
Assist in product development of farm-based value-added products.
Coordinate branding, labeling, and marketing support.
Manage manpower (25 to 100+ workers).
Plan, execute, and report daily farm activities.
Arrange and schedule rental machinery according to requirements.
Perform preventive maintenance of machinery.
Maintain service records and manage machinery breakdowns on the farm.
Control inventory, including seeds, fertilizers, diesel, spare parts, and other materials.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure safety, discipline, and cost control.
