This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Excellence Executive as part of a team managed by us and servicing a well known MNC client. This role is located in Jogeshwari, Mumbai. It involves the associate driving projects to optimize current processes as well as to set up recent processes to ensure better MIS reporting

Essential Responsibilities:
Implementing projects to improve processes within the organization, such as automation initiatives or process mapping and optimization exercises
Reviewing current processes and recommending changes based on industry best practices
Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes
Working with management to determine strategy for new initiatives or projects
Developing an implementation plan for each project, including identifying stakeholders, creating timelines etc
Participating in meetings with stakeholders to discuss process improvement




Communicating with staff about process changes in order to ensure that employees are fully knowledgeable about new procedures
Creating reports detailing the results of process improvement initiatives
Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems/process.
Communicate written analysis of dive deep results and information to leads and managers.

Qualifications
Graduate (any specialization) with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Proficient with advanced Excel, Power BI and exposure to automation using tools such as PowerAutomate /Knime/ Alteryx
Good data visualization skills (Robust MS Powerpoint experience preferred)
Excellent Analytical skills
Strong communication and ability to build relationships and influence others
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a rapid-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills
