Role & responsibilities
Lead, manage, and supervise the US accounting team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Oversee accounting activities, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of accounting deliverables.
Review financial statements, reports, and accounting records to maintain compliance with applicable US accounting standards.
Monitor team performance, allocate workloads, and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Resolve accounting discrepancies and guide team members on complex accounting matters.
Train, mentor, and support team members to enhance technical knowledge and performance.
