Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC & VMC Maintenance skilled responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC and VMC machines to ensure smooth and uninterrupted production operations.

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
Diagnose machine faults and take corrective actions.
Maintain machine tools, spindles, ball screws, guideways, and lubrication systems.
Handle electrical panels, motors, drives, sensors, and control systems.
Troubleshoot CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
Monitor machine performance and minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records and breakdown reports.




Coordinate with production teams to ensure machine availability.
Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills
Hands-on experience in CNC and VMC machine maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Understanding of CNC controllers (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi).
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
Ability to identify and resolve machine breakdowns.
Valuable problem-solving and technical skills.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: As per company requirement.
Industry: Manufacturing / Automobile / Engineering.
