We’re Hiring | Talent Manager – Actors Vertical

Location: Khar, Mumbai

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – Work from Office | Saturday – Work from Home

Tulsea is looking for a proactive, organised and driven individual to join our Actors Vertical as a Talent Manager.

The role involves managing and coordinating the qualified commitments of actors, building relationships with industry stakeholders, and exploring opportunities across films, OTT, television, brand associations and other entertainment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day professional requirements and schedules of actors.

Liaise with production houses, casting directors, filmmakers, brands and other industry stakeholders.

Identify and explore recent opportunities for talent across films, OTT, television and brand collaborations.

Coordinate auditions, meetings, shoots, events and other professional commitments.

Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, contracts and deal closures.





Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of projects and commitments.

Maintain robust relationships with talent and industry partners.

Experience & Skills:

1–2 years of experience in talent management, artist management or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with a strong interest in the entertainment industry are welcome to apply.

Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

A proactive, solution-oriented approach with attention to detail.

A genuine interest in films, actors and the entertainment industry.
