We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-oriented Female Customer Relationship Executive to join our travel company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and an interest in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Explain tour packages, travel itineraries, and services to customers.
Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Assist customers with travel-related queries and booking coordination.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth travel arrangements.
Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal and customer-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati, and English is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Interest in travel and tourism.
