Job Responsibilities:

1) Day to day recruitment drive for the organization and ensure business closure on a month to month basis.
2) Appropriate and Quality Resume sourcing and submission to client or partner organizations daily.
3) Regular report submission on activities throughout the day and analyzing internal databases and pipelines.
4) Contacting both partner/ client organization and prospective candidates for successful business closure for the organization with constant follow up across the recruitment cycle from sourcing resumes to joining of the prospects.
5) Coaching, guiding and supporting other colleagues in achieving their business goal effectively to maintain smooth coordination and team work in the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
Should have excellent communication skills , quick learning, ability to call and interact with people across the country across different levels and functions.
Having a robust desire to achieve success.
Team player.
Experience in recruitment in any trade would be a plus.
