Knowledge of carrier operating authorities and compliance documentation.
Understanding of cargo theft, double brokering, identity impersonation, and transportation fraud risks.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with customers, carriers, vendors, references, and internal departments.
Solid organizational and record-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential business information responsibly.




Ability to work independently while following established SOPs and escalation procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.

Candidates with knowledge or experience in the following areas will be preferred:
Transportation and logistics operations
Carrier and broker vetting
CVOR / NSC / NIR
US DOT operating authority
Certificate of Insurance verification
IFTA and UCR
Workers Compensation requirements
CTPAT and PIP security programs
Carrier fraud and cargo-theft prevention
Customer/vendor onboarding
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

Credit and business-reference verification
