Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, preferably in the insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.
Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.
Validate Salesforce workflows, business processes, and data accuracy.
Identify, report, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
Perform integration testing between Salesforce and third-party applications.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure quality releases.




Ensure application quality and timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce QA Testing.
Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.
Experience in test case preparation and execution.
Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.
Valuable understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in the Insurance domain.
Knowledge of insurance business processes and workflows.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud is an advantage.
Exposure to API testing and integration testing is preferred.
