Key Responsibilities:
Structural steel checking using Tekla Structures.
Interpretation of design drawings and coordination between different trade drawings.
Checking of Tekla models, including:
Anchor bolts
Main and miscellaneous member inputs
Main and miscellaneous connections
Identification of clashes in the model
Fabrication and erection feasibility
Tekla fabrication settings, templates, reports, and standard part modeling.
Structural steel modeling using Tekla Structures.
Working with recent plugins to improve productivity.
Desired Profile:
Well versed in AISC, NISD, SJI, OSHA, and other relevant standards for the steel fabrication industry.
Knowledge of basic structural engineering concepts.
Knowledge of structural engineering standards, including AISC, BS, and BIS.
