Key Responsibilities
Leverage existing corporate connections to generate recruitment and staffing business opportunities.
Connect with CHROs, HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, CEOs, and business decision-makers.
Identify companies with recruitment, contract staffing, and manpower requirements.
Generate qualified leads, arrange client meetings, and facilitate business closures.




Build long-term relationships with corporate clients and support repeat business.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to understand client requirements and ensure smooth service delivery.

Candidate Profile
Retired or experienced HR professionals with 15+ years of industry experience.
Former HR Heads, General Managers HR, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, or senior HR leaders preferred.
Strong network of corporate contacts across industries.
Understanding of recruitment, staffing, manpower outsourcing, and HR services.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven professionals comfortable working independently on a freelance basis.
