Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant with solid hands-on experience in implementation, enhancements, and production support of Oracle Fusion Financials.

Key Requirements:
•

Robust functional experience in Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Expenses.
•

Hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
•

Robust understanding of Finance business processes, accounting concepts, period close, reconciliation, and reporting.
•

Experience in production support, enhancements, troubleshooting,



and root-cause analysis.
•

Good understanding of integrations between Financials and Procurement, PPM, SCM, HCM, and external systems.
•

Experience in SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, and go-live support.
•

Ability to conduct client workshops, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and recommend Oracle best practices.
•

Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
•

Ability to work independently and take end-to-end ownership of assigned deliverables.
