Business Development Associate Europe & Middle East (IT Staffing)

We place software developers, NOC, infrastructure engineers and other specialists with companies in Europe and the Middle East on long-term contracts. We're a small, profitable, founder-led team.

Your job: open doors. Find companies that need professionals to solve their problems, reach the right people and book qualified calls. The founder closes.

You will
Build target lists: European SaaS, telecom, managed-service and data-centre companies; Gulf enterprises
Run outreach on LinkedIn, email and phone during European and Gulf hours (about 12:309:30 pm IST)
Qualify each lead (role, tech stack, headcount, budget, start date) and book calls with CTOs, engineering heads and talent leads
Follow up after calls and pass role requirements to our delivery team




Keep the CRM accurate and share a weekly pipeline report

You have
25 years of international B2B outreach in IT services, staffing or SaaS, with proof of meetings booked with European, US or Gulf buyers
Excellent written and spoken English
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email sequencing tools and a CRM
Nice to have: Dutch or German; telecom or data-centre knowledge; Gulf market experience

Pay: fixed salary, a bonus for every qualified meeting held, and a share of gross profit on every engineer you bring in, paid monthly for 12 months.
