Role & responsibilities
Receive, register and acknowledge customer enquiries and RFQs; maintain an accurate enquiry tracker with ownership, deadlines and status.
Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, PPC and Purchase to obtain drawings, specifications, technical feasibility, costing inputs and lead times.
Prepare and issue accurate commercial quotations and revised offers after internal approval; ensure timely follow-up on pending quotations.
Follow up with customers for technical clarifications, quotation feedback, purchase orders and repeat business; escalate delayed responses.
Review incoming purchase orders against approved quotations, pricing, quantities, specifications, payment terms and delivery commitments.
Coordinate order processing, production status, dispatch schedules and documentation with PPC, Logistics, Accounts and Quality teams.
Maintain customer master data, price lists, enquiry and quotation registers, order records and correspondence in ERP / CRM or Excel.
Support recent customer onboarding, vendor registration,



documentation and requests for product catalogues, certificates and company information.
Assist the field sales team with lead qualification, meeting follow-ups, customer communication and account development activities.
Track enquiry turnaround time, quotation conversion, pending orders, overdue follow-ups and customer issues; submit transparent weekly reports.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Experience selling or coordinating engineering plastics, polymer components, precision-machined parts or other industrial products.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings and understand material grades, tolerances, product specifications and technical RFQs.
Experience supporting OEM / Tier-1 accounts, export enquiries, vendor registration or quality-sensitive industrial customers.

Qualification
Graduate in Engineering, Science or Commerce; MBA / technical qualification preferred
