Key Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Valuation

• Build and maintain complex financial models: integrated 3-statement models, LBO, DCF, M&A; accretion/dilution, and comparable company analysis.

• Conduct sector-specific business valuations and present findings to senior deal team and clients.

• Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis for transaction structuring.

• Prepare valuation sections of Information Memoranda and Fairness Opinions.

Due Diligence

• Lead financial due diligence workstreams: quality of earnings, working capital normalisation, and debt/cash analysis.

• Coordinate commercial and operational due diligence with target management and advisors.

• Prepare due diligence reports, red flag summaries, and management Q&A; trackers.

• Liaise with legal, tax, and technical due diligence advisors to consolidate findings.

M&A; Transaction Support





• Assist in preparation of transaction documents: term sheets, LOIs, SPA financial schedules, and earn-out structures.

• Support buy-side and sell-side process management: data room organisation, buyer outreach tracking, management presentation preparation.

• Conduct market research, sector analysis, and target identification for M&A; mandates.

• Prepare pitch books and deal teasers for current business development.

Junior Team Management

• Allocate, review, and quality-check work produced by Analysts and Associates.

• Provide on-the-job coaching and technical mentoring to junior team members.

• Escalate deal issues to the Operations Manager with explicit problem framing and proposed solutions.
