Our Client, one of the leading consulting firms, is looking for a Construction PMO Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring construction project progress, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate monthly war-room meetings and cluster-level project reviews to assess progress and address execution challenges.
Track project delays, risks, dependencies, and pending action items to ensure timely follow-ups and resolution.
Monitor project performance against planned schedules and support the implementation of corrective actions.
Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across design, contracts, procurement, billing, and other construction management functions.
Prepare project trackers, management presentations, review reports, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to gather updates and facilitate issue resolution.




Identify process gaps and support initiatives to improve project delivery, standardization, and operational efficiency.
Maintain project documentation and action trackers to ensure accountability and timely closure of deliverables.
Support senior client stakeholders in project reviews, performance monitoring, and construction excellence initiatives.

Skills Required

• Understanding of G+4 and high-rise construction projects.

• Knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, contractor billing, and project management.

• Robust MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting, and analytical skills.

• Stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

• Prior experience in PMC firms or construction project management, with the ability to engage senior client stakeholders.
