Role Description The Team Lead is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of interns and junior staff, ensuring that learning objectives and project deliverables are met on time and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include planning and assigning work, monitoring performance, providing feedback and mentoring, and coordinating with other departments to align activities with program goals. The Team Lead will also support the design and improvement of upskilling initiatives, maintain explicit communication with stakeholders,



and help resolve operational issues to create a positive and productive environment.

Qualifications
Demonstrated team leadership experience, including task delegation, performance monitoring, and mentoring.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, early-career professionals, and cross-functional teams.
Organizational and time-management abilities to oversee multiple activities and meet deadlines.
Experience in training, education, or talent development is highly beneficial.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in business, management, or education is an advantage.
