Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Chargeback Operations Associate to manage payment disputes, investigate disputed transactions, and coordinate with banks, merchants, and internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Handle chargeback cases and payment disputes related to unauthorized, duplicate, or failed transactions.
Investigate transactions and verify supporting documents.
Coordinate with banks, merchants, and internal teams for dispute resolution.
Ensure timely case closure within defined TAT and SLA.
Maintain MIS reports and track chargeback cases.
Identify recurring issues and support chargeback loss prevention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, including data management, reporting, and analysis.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
