About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Leader – NPD to lead current product development projects from RFQ to SOP, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, tooling readiness and product quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead NPD projects from RFQ to SOP as per project timelines.
Coordinate and drive All Department & teams to achieve project milestones.
Manage tooling development, including moulds, dies, jigs and fixtures.
Drive DFM reviews, trials, product validation and customer approvals.
Ensure APQP, PPAP and other quality documentation is completed on time.
Monitor project cost, timelines, risks and supplier performance.




Act as the single point of contact for customers and ensure timely project updates.
Ensure smooth project launch and on-time SOP.

Required Skills & Experience
8–12 years of experience in NPD / Project Engineering in manufacturing.
Robust experience in plastic and metal component development.
Hands-on experience in tooling development.
Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFM/DFA and project management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage customer-facing projects.
Knowledge of SolidWorks/Creo and OEM/ODM programmes will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: A solid project leader who can drive Design, Quality, Purchase, Tool Room and Production teams, take ownership of project execution, resolve bottlenecks and deliver projects within defined timelines, cost and quality targets.
