Key Responsibilities:
Lead and review electrical design deliverables, including SLDs, wiring diagrams, schematics, and layouts.
Design and specify low-voltage systems, motor control, grounding/bonding, surge protection, and standby power systems.
Support electrical design for hazardous areas in compliance with NEC and NFPA standards.
Coordinate with mechanical, structural, and process teams for seamless design integration.
Oversee QA/QC, design validation, and final documentation using Autodesk Vault workflows.
Supervise and mentor junior designers on electrical design standards and best practices.
Collaborate with vendors and clients for technical requirements clarification and design reviews.
Prepare load, short-circuit, voltage drop, and arc-flash studies as required.
Support commissioning and troubleshooting of modular skid-based systems.
