Role Description The Advocate – Legal Associate role at LEXICONS is a full-time, on-site position based in Current Delhi. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and contracts, conducting detailed legal research, and preparing case notes and opinions. The Advocate will appear before courts, tribunals, and other authorities as required, assist senior counsel in hearings, and help develop case strategy. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, collecting and organizing evidence and documentation, maintaining case files,



and tracking deadlines and compliance requirements. The role also requires coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, staying updated on relevant laws and precedents, and contributing to a professional and ethical practice environment.
Qualifications
Recognized law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and enrollment with the Bar Council, with eligibility to practice in India.
Experience or strong interest in litigation, dispute resolution, and legal advisory work.
Proficiency in legal drafting, document review, and structured legal research.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; working proficiency in Hindi is highly beneficial.
Ability to manage multiple matters, prioritize deadlines, and maintain accurate and organized case records.
Demonstrated integrity, qualified ethics, and commitment to client confidentiality.
Capacity to work collaboratively with senior advocates and colleagues, and to interact professionally with clients and court officials.
Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn and adapt to evolving legal requirements and procedures.
