Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to oversee finishing activities at our construction project in Greater Noida. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, timely execution, and adherence to project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise finishing work, including plastering, putty, painting, tiling, flooring, and related activities.
Monitor day-to-day site execution and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and site teams.
Inspect finishing quality and ensure compliance with project standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, and daily work progress.




Identify and resolve site-level issues to ensure timely completion.
Maintain finishing work progress reports and coordinate snagging and rectification activities.

Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.
24 years of experience in finishing supervision, preferably in real estate or building construction.
Valuable knowledge of finishing materials, site execution, and quality standards.
Solid coordination, supervision, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with residential or high-rise construction experience will be preferred.
