We are looking for an experienced Healthcare RCM Recruiter with hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring candidates for domestic healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and recruit candidates for healthcare RCM and non-IT healthcare operations roles.
Hire for processes such as hospital billing, medical billing, accounts receivable, insurance claims processing, cashless claims, and pre-authorization.
Understand job requirements, identify suitable candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
Use Naukri and other recruitment channels to build a relevant candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Required Skills and Experience:
3–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital operations, healthcare staffing, or related non-IT recruitment.
Hands-on experience hiring for healthcare RCM processes in the Indian domestic market.
Positive understanding of domestic healthcare billing, claims, insurance, and hospital operations roles.
Solid sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate management skills.
Preferred Candidates: Recruiters who have directly handled domestic healthcare RCM hiring. Experience limited to IT recruitment or US healthcare RCM recruitment alone will not meet the primary requirement.
