Role Description The tracer role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The tracer is responsible for locating, tracking, and following up on files, documents, and cases, ensuring that information is accurately recorded and updated in the agency’s systems. Day-to-day tasks include visiting designated locations, verifying details with relevant contacts, collecting required information, and preparing brief written reports or summaries. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and team members, maintaining clear communication about progress, and adhering to confidentiality and data protection guidelines. The tracer is expected to manage time effectively, meet assigned targets,



and follow all organizational policies and safety protocols while working in the field.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct field visits, trace information, and follow structured procedures with attention to detail.
Solid basic documentation skills, including maintaining records, completing forms, and preparing simple written reports.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external contacts in a professional manner.
Valuable time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Comfort working on-site and in the field across different areas of Delhi, with adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.
Basic computer literacy, including use of email and simple data entry; experience with record management systems is an advantage.
Prior experience in tracing, field verification, or similar operational roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: completion of secondary education; higher education is an added benefit.
Ability to communicate clearly in English and local languages commonly used in Delhi.
