We're Hiring | Student Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional to manage student interactions, build strong relationships, and support students throughout their learning and enrollment journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Connect with prospective and enrolled students to understand their requirements.
Provide information about courses, training programs, and learning opportunities.
Handle student inquiries and resolve queries professionally.
Follow up with prospective students and guide them through the admission process.
Maintain regular communication with students and ensure timely assistance.
Maintain student records, follow-up details, and interaction reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements:




Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in student relationship management, education counselling, or EdTech.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
