Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to support business development for industrial water and wastewater treatment solutions. This is a full-time field sales role involving regular visits to industries, consultants and project sites across the assigned territory.

The candidate will identify potential customers, generate leads, understand customer requirements, coordinate with the technical team for proposals and quotations, and follow up on enquiries to help convert them into orders.

Key Responsibilities
Visit industries, factories, commercial establishments, consultants and project sites to generate business.
Identify potential customers and develop recent leads for WTP, ETP, STP and other water and wastewater treatment projects.
Meet customers to understand their requirements and coordinate with the technical team to suggest suitable solutions.
Arrange site visits and collect basic project information.




Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals.
Maintain customer records, sales leads and visit reports.
Coordinate with the design, estimation, execution and service teams.
Travel within the assigned territory, including Kolkata, Odisha, Chhattisgarh and North East India.

Candidate Profile
Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
02 years of experience. Freshers with a robust interest in technical field sales may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel regularly and meet customers in the field.
Interest in industrial sales, business development and water or wastewater treatment.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office.

Significant Requirement

This position focuses on industrial and project sales. Candidates whose experience is limited to residential, retail or household product sales will not be considered.
