Role Description The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize online marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement for tripsnthrills.com. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing social media marketing activities, creating and managing digital ad campaigns, tracking performance using web analytics tools, and optimizing content and campaigns based on data insights. The role involves close collaboration with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging across all digital channels. This is a full-time,

Qualifications
Robust skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including managing brand presence and engagement across key platforms.
Ability to use Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content marketing, and email marketing is beneficial.
Experience using advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
