Role Description This full time Inside Sales Associate (EdTech) role is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective learners, and presenting EdTech products and services to drive current business. The associate will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, maintain a pipeline, and convert prospects into enrolled customers while ensuring accurate documentation in CRM tools. Daily tasks include providing timely, professional customer service, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and supporting account management activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. The role also requires meeting sales targets, preparing basic sales reports, and actively contributing to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications
Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to convert prospects into customers.




Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction capabilities to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Account Management skills to support ongoing client engagement, renewals, and upselling prospects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain EdTech solutions clearly and persuasively.
Comfort using CRM systems and basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) for tracking and reporting.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and meet individual and team sales targets.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or EdTech/e-learning sales is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is beneficial; relevant certifications in sales or EdTech are an added advantage.
